These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase on onlyhere.in. Onlyhere is a brand of Jilla Ventures ("we", "us", "our"), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By buying a product you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

Onlyhere is operated by Jilla Ventures, a business based in Chennai, India. Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products such as guides, templates, toolkits, checklists and short courses. Each product page describes exactly what you receive, the file formats and the price. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the product page says otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. By paying you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the property of Jilla Ventures.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered online as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Results

Our products share information, methods and tools. Results depend on how you apply them, and we do not guarantee any specific income, sales or business outcome. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
