Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Onlyhere, a brand of Jilla Ventures ("we", "us"), collects and uses information when you visit onlyhere.in or buy a product from it.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us at checkout: name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Order details: the product bought, amount, date and payment status.
• Payment details: processed directly by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment confirmation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for security, measuring our advertising and improving our pages.

2. How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your product by email.
• To answer support, access and refund requests.
• To measure which of our ads and pages work, in aggregate.
• To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Meta Platforms, through the Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ad performance. Your email and phone are sent only in hashed (scrambled) form.
• Email service providers, to send your product and receipts.
• Government or law enforcement bodies when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal requirements, generally up to 8 years for financial records.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by writing to onlyhere.india@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". You can block cookies and the Pixel in your browser settings.

6. Security

All pages use HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to serve you.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
